I'm sorry I've been absent for a while. 2014 wasn't a particularly good year for me. I had to make a lot of unpleasant changes to my life and frankly, the stress had taken it's toll on me and my husband. 
Let's hope this year will be better for us all!~<3

I kind of adore how well you mix the Adorable with the Emotional here.  Both character designs are so clean and so effective that they're able to communicate both ideas wonderfully.  On the one hand?  They're so cute.  The scruffy bouncy hair, the warm soft colors, the way they compare and contrast...it's great Cartoon Design in action.  But the vitality of the lines and the way the simple designs make the expressions so rich and strong helps equally well to communicate the strong emotions and relationships at the core of the image, too.  It's another of your many talents, clearly. <3
